الشروط والأحكامTerms of Use

باستخدامك موقع almajlasdraft.com («المجلس»)، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. إذا لم توافق، الرجاء عدم استخدام المنصة. By using almajlasdraft.com ("Almajlas"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

١. طبيعة الخدمة1. The Service

المجلس منصة مجانية لتوقّع نتائج مباريات كرة القدم في دوريات خاصة تنشئها مع أصدقائك. الهدف الترفيه والمنافسة الودّية فقط — لا يوجد أي رهان بمال حقيقي، ولا جوائز نقدية، ولا مقامرة. Almajlas is a free platform for predicting football match results in private leagues you create with friends. It is for entertainment and friendly competition only — no real-money betting, no cash prizes, no gambling.

٢. الأهلية2. Eligibility

يجب أن يكون عمرك ١٣ سنة على الأقل لاستخدام المنصة. إذا كنت دون سن الرشد في بلدك، فاستخدامك يكون بموافقة وليّ أمرك. You must be at least 13 years old to use the platform. If you are below the age of majority in your country, you may use it only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

٣. حسابك3. Your Account

• تسجّل الدخول برابط يُرسل إلى بريدك (بدون كلمة مرور). حافظ على بريدك آمناً.You sign in via a link sent to your email (no password). Keep your email secure.
• حساب واحد لكل شخص، وبمعلومات صحيحة.One account per person, with accurate information.
• أنت مسؤول عن كل النشاط الذي يتم عبر حسابك.You are responsible for all activity under your account.

٤. الاستخدام المقبول4. Acceptable Use

• لا تستخدم اسماً ظاهراً مسيئاً أو بذيئاً أو ينتحل شخصية غيرك.Do not use a display name that is offensive, obscene, or impersonates others.
• لا تغش أو تستخدم برامج آلية أو تحاول الاطلاع على توقعات غيرك قبل الصافرة.Do not cheat, use bots/automation, or attempt to view others' picks before kickoff.
• لا تسئ استخدام المنصة أو تضايق لاعبين آخرين.Do not abuse the platform or harass other players.

٥. الدوريات الخاصة5. Private Leagues

عند إنشائك دوري خاص، أنت مسؤول عمّن تدعوهم إليه. اسمك الظاهر وتوقعاتك (بعد بداية المباراة) تظهر لأعضاء دوريك. When you create a private league, you are responsible for whom you invite. Your display name and your predictions (after kickoff) are visible to members of your league.

٦. النقاط والبيانات6. Points & Data

النقاط افتراضية وليست لها قيمة مالية. مواعيد ونتائج المباريات تأتي من مزوّد خارجي (API-Football) وقد تتأخر أو تحتوي أخطاءً؛ لا نتحمّل مسؤولية عدم دقّتها، ونصحّحها متى أمكن. Points are virtual and have no monetary value. Fixtures and results come from a third-party provider (API-Football) and may be delayed or contain errors; we are not liable for their inaccuracy and correct them where possible.

٧. توفّر الخدمة وإنهاؤها7. Availability & Termination

تُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي» وقد نغيّرها أو نوقفها في أي وقت. يحق لنا تعليق أو إنهاء أي حساب يخالف هذه الشروط. The service is provided "as is" and we may change or discontinue it at any time. We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.

٨. تعديل الشروط والقانون الحاكم8. Changes & Governing Law

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط، واستمرارك في الاستخدام يعني موافقتك. تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية. We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

نحترم خصوصيتك ونجمع أقل قدر من البيانات اللازمة لتشغيل اللعبة. We respect your privacy and collect the minimum data needed to run the game.

١. البيانات التي نجمعها1. Data We Collect

• بريدك الإلكتروني — لتسجيل الدخول والتواصل الأساسي.Your email — for sign-in and essential communication.
• اسمك الظاهر الذي تختاره.The display name you choose.
• توقعاتك وعضوياتك في الدوريات الخاصة.Your predictions and private-league memberships.
• بيانات تقنية أساسية (مثل سجلّات الدخول) لتشغيل الخدمة وحمايتها.Basic technical data (e.g. sign-in logs) to run and protect the service.

٢. كيف نستخدمها2. How We Use It

لتسجيل دخولك، وتشغيل اللعبة، واحتساب النقاط، وعرض الترتيب وكشف التوقعات داخل دورياتك، وإرسال روابط الدخول. لا نستخدم بياناتك للإعلانات، ولا نبيعها لأي طرف. To sign you in, run the game, calculate points, show standings and pick-reveals within your leagues, and send sign-in links. We do not use your data for advertising, and we never sell it.

٣. من يرى بياناتك3. Who Sees Your Data

اسمك الظاهر وتوقعاتك (بعد بداية المباراة) تظهر لأعضاء دورياتك الخاصة فقط. بريدك الإلكتروني لا يظهر للاعبين الآخرين. Your display name and predictions (after kickoff) are visible only to members of your private leagues. Your email is never shown to other players.

٤. مزوّدو الخدمة4. Service Providers

نعتمد على مزوّدين موثوقين لتشغيل المنصة فقط: Supabase (قاعدة البيانات وتسجيل الدخول)، وNetlify (استضافة الموقع)، وResend (إرسال البريد)، وAPI-Football (بيانات المباريات — لا نشاركهم أي بيانات شخصية عنك). We rely on trusted providers solely to operate the platform: Supabase (database & authentication), Netlify (site hosting), Resend (email delivery), and API-Football (match data — we share no personal data with them).

٥. التخزين والأمان والاحتفاظ5. Storage, Security & Retention

بياناتك مشفّرة أثناء النقل ومحمية بصلاحيات وصول صارمة. نحتفظ بها ما دام حسابك نشطاً، ونحذفها عند طلبك. Your data is encrypted in transit and protected by strict access controls. We keep it while your account is active and delete it upon request.

٦. حقوقك6. Your Rights

لك الحق في الوصول إلى بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها. راسلنا عبر البريد أدناه لتنفيذ أي طلب. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. Contact us at the email below to exercise any request.

٧. ملفات الجلسة (Cookies)7. Cookies / Local Storage

نستخدم تخزيناً محلياً بسيطاً لإبقائك مسجّلاً للدخول فقط. لا نستخدم أي تتبّع إعلاني. We use simple local storage only to keep you signed in. We use no advertising trackers.

٨. الأطفال8. Children

المنصة غير موجّهة للأطفال دون ١٣ سنة، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد. The platform is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
